Cruise Vacation definition

Cruise Vacation means a trip for which coverage has been elected and the plan payment paid, and all travel arrangements are arranged by Royal Caribbean International prior to the Scheduled Departure Date of the trip. Also covered by this definition are any direct round trip air flights booked by others to and from the scheduled Cruise Vacation departure and return cities, provided the dates of travel are within 14 total days of the scheduled land tour or cruise dates.
Cruise Vacation means prepaid Sea/Land Arrangements and shall include flight connections to join and depart such Sea/Land Arrangements.

Examples of Cruise Vacation in a sentence

  • The term “cabin” means those accommodations as provided on your Confirmation and Cruise Vacation Plan.

  • The covered reason for cancellation or interruption of your Cruise Vacation must occur after your effective date of Trip Cancellation coverage.

  • This coverage terminates upon your arrival at the return destination of your Covered Cruise Vacation.

  • When Coverage EndsYour coverage automatically ends on the earlier of: 1) the date the Covered Cruise Vacation is completed; 2) the Scheduled Return Date; 3) your arrival at the return destination on a round-trip, or the destination on a one-way trip; 4) cancellation of the Cruise Vacation covered by the Plan.

  • Post-Departure Trip Interruption coverage will take effect on the Scheduled Departure Date of your Covered Cruise Vacation if the required plan payment is received.

  • Baggage Delay BenefitsWe will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by you if your Baggage is delayed by a Common Carrier for 24 hours or more during the Covered Cruise Vacation.

  • BAGGAGE PROTECTION Baggage and Personal Effects BenefitsWe will reimburse you, less any amount paid or payable from any coverage provided by a Common Carrier and/or insurance specifically insuring the lost, stolen, or damaged item(s), up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for direct loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your Baggage during your Covered Cruise Vacation.

  • We will pay a Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit, up to the amount in the Schedule, if you are prevented from taking your Covered Cruise Vacation due to your, an Immediate Family Member’s, Traveling Companion’s, or Business Partner’s Sickness, Injury, or death or Other Covered Events as defined, that occur(s) before departure on your Covered Cruise Vacation.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.

  • Paid leave means time away from work by an employee for which the employee receives compensation, and is limited to sick time, vacation time, compensatory time and leave that is provided as an aggregate amount for use at the discretion of the employee for any of these same purposes. "Paid leave" does not include paid short-term or long-term disability, catastrophic leave or similar types of benefits.[PL 2005, c. 455, §1 (NEW).]

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Holidays shall be deemed to mean and include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;
