Metropolitan Region Scheme definition

Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” has the meaning ascribed to that expression in the Scheme Act;
Metropolitan Region Scheme has the meaning given to that term in the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 4; the Resort Site and the Site have the respective meanings given by the Agreement.

Metropolitan Region Scheme means the Town Planning Scheme published in the Government Gazette of 9 August 1963 in accordance with Section 32 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ as amended from time to time;
Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” means a town planning scheme for the metropolitan region or any part thereof, including the provisions therein for regulating and controlling the use of the land the subject of the Scheme and the purposes for which the land may be used and includes —
