Crossover Group Advisors means Sullivan and Cromwell LLP, Houlihan Lokey Inc., Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, and any other professionals and/or consultants for the Crossover Group, if any, as may be mutually agreed to by the Crossover Group and the Debtors.
Crossover Group Advisors means (a) Xxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, as counsel to the Crossover Group, (b) PJT Partners LP, as financial advisor to the Crossover Group, and (c) such other professionals as may be retained by or on behalf of the Crossover Group, with the consent of the Company Parties.
Crossover Group Advisors means Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, GLC Advisors & Co., Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP, any other local counsel, and any other professionals and/or consultants for the Crossover Group, if any, as may be mutually agreed to by the Crossover Group and the Debtors.
