Credit Card Processing Agreement means one or more agreements between the Credit Card Originator (including WFN as assignee of an Other Originator) and a Merchant pursuant to which the Credit Card Originator agrees to extend open end credit card accounts to customers of the Merchant and the Merchant agrees to allow purchases to be made at its retail establishments, or in its catalogue sales business, under such accounts.

  • All notices required by this FTD Credit Card Processing Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent by telefax, by overnight carrier, or by regular or certified mail.

  • Failure to remedy such a breach shall make this FTD Credit Card Processing Agreement terminable, at the option of the Merchant, at the end of such 30 day period unless notification is withdrawn.

  • The parties hereto may change the name and address of the person to whom notices or other documents required under this FTD Credit Card Processing Agreement must be sent at any time by giving written notice to the other party.

  • If any provision of this FTD Credit Card Processing Agreement or portion thereof is held to be unenforceable, such a determination will not affect the remainder of this FTD Credit Card Processing Agreement.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.
