Credit Card Originator definition

Credit Card Originator means (i) FNBO or FNBSD, as applicable, and (ii) with respect to Financial Institution Accounts, the originator of such Accounts.
Credit Card Originator means WFB.
Credit Card Originator means Retailers National Bank, and its successors or assigns and/or any transferee of the Accounts from Retailers National Bank or any other originator of Accounts.

Credit Card Originator means (i) WFN and/or any transferee of the Accounts from WFN or (ii) any other originator of Accounts which is designated from time to time pursuant to SECTION 2.12 and, directly or indirectly, enters into a receivables purchase agreement with Transferor.
Credit Card Originator means (i) DMCCB and its successors or assigns under the Bank Receivables Purchase Agreement, as applicable, and/or any transferee of the Accounts from DMCCB, (ii) HSBC Nevada and its successors or assigns under the Bank Receivables Purchase Agreement, as applicable, or any transferee of the Accounts from HSBC Nevada, or (iii) any other originator of revolving credit consumer credit card accounts which transfers Receivables directly or indirectly to the Transferor and which has been identified in a prior written notice to each Rating Agency.

"CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AGREEMENT" means one or more agreements between the Credit Card Originator (including WFN as assignee of an Other Originator) and a Merchant pursuant to which the Credit Card Originator agrees to extend open end credit card accounts to customers of the Merchant and the Merchant agrees to allow purchases to be made at its retail establishments, or in its catalogue sales business, under such accounts.
