Client Contract means a Contract by and between the Company or any Company Subsidiary and any Third Party pursuant to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary provides to such Third Party pharmacy benefit management services, claims processing services, disease management, physician practice management, medication therapy management or any other related service.
Client Contract means any ASO Contract, Health Plan Contract, Insurance Contract, Payor Contract or any other Contract pursuant to which a Person pays a premium, reimbursement or other amount to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries for furnishing goods or services to or for the benefit, or on behalf, of such Person.
Client Contract means a contract or agreement entered into by or on behalf of the Territory or any of its Subsidiaries with clients for the provision of services by the Territory to the extent that at Closing the same remains to be completed or performed.
Client Contract means any CLO CMA and any other investment management, collateral management, advisory or sub-advisory contract or any other contract, agreement or understanding (whether written or oral), pursuant to which the Company provides (directly or indirectly) investment advisory, collateral management or related services to any Client entered into on or prior to the date of this Agreement.
Client Contract means any contract, subcontract, teaming agreement or arrangement, joint venture, letter contract, purchase order, change order or other enforceable commitment of any kind relating to the Business of the Sellers or their Subsidiaries with respect to which the Sellers or their Subsidiaries are a party and pursuant to which they have derived, or are expected to derive, any revenue (in each case, other than as may constitute an Excluded Asset or Excluded Liability).
