Leslieville Project definition

Leslieville Project means the Leslieville Project Lands and the 55 unit low-rise residential development located on the Leslieville Project Lands and other improvements and all landscaping and interior decoration, all plant, machinery, improvements and equipment and all other property whether free standing or otherwise, auxiliary or ancillary thereto or connected therewith or added thereto, to be constructed or completed on, above or under the surface of the Leslieville Project Lands;
Leslieville Project means the “Project” as defined under the Craft Construction Contract.
Leslieville Project means the “Project” as defined in the Construction Contract. “Marketing End Date” has the meaning set forth in the Development Contract. “New APS” has the meaning set forth in the Construction Contract.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)
