Core Employee definition

Core Employee means an officer or other core management employee of the company or a Subsidiary as determined by the Committee. Every Key Management Employee is also a Core Employee.
Core Employee means an employee of an open-shop contractor that meets the core employee
Core Employee means an employee of the Contractor, either on permanent staff or contracted in, whose skills are deemed to be essential and integral to the construction activities of the Contractor.

  • The Subcommittee may also waive by majority vote the definition of Core Employee based upon an Employer’s craft needs and past practice.

  • Definitions Core Employee – The core crew employee is an individual who is a bonafide employee of the contractor at the time the contract is awarded, and was employed by the contractor not less than 120 days prior to the contract award or worked not less than 350 hours during the 120 days preceding the contract award.

More Definitions of Core Employee

Core Employee means an employee that has been on a contractor’s payroll consistent with Article 4, Section 2(B) and (C);
Core Employee as used in this Agreement shall mean an employee whose name appeared on the Contractor’s active payroll for sixty (60) working days out of the last one hundred
Core Employee means persons employed on regular sanctioned vacancies as per Recruitment & Promotion Rules.

Core Employee as used in this Agreement shall mean an employee whose name appeared on the Employer's active payroll for sixty (60) working days out of the last one hundred (100) working days immediately before the award of work within the scope of a Covered Contract to the Employer, who possesses any license and meets all standards required by state or federal law for the work to be performed; and who has the ability to safely perform the functions of the applicable trade; and who have worked at least two-thousand (2,000) hours in the construction craft in which they are employed during the prior four (4) years.
