Definitions Core Employee – The core crew employee is an individual who is a bonafide employee of the contractor at the time the contract is awarded, and was employed by the contractor not less than 120 days prior to the contract award or worked not less than 350 hours during the 120 days preceding the contract award.
The Committee shall examine the data regarding each craft’s use of Core Employees and may agree by majority vote to changes to the minimum number of hours an employee would have to be on an Employer’s payroll to be deemed a Core Employee.
