Examples of Contract Capacity & Ancillary Services Tests in a sentence

  • The Initial Commercial Operation Test and the Contract Capacity & Ancillary Services Tests are sometimes referred to in this Appendix individually as a “Test” and jointly as the “Tests.” Each Test may last up to three (3) days.

More Definitions of Contract Capacity & Ancillary Services Tests

Contract Capacity & Ancillary Services Tests means the testing procedures, requirements, and protocols set forth in Appendix 7 “Contract Year” means the months within each calendar year during the Delivery Period. The initial Contract Year would be from the Initial Delivery Date until December 31st of such year. The second (2nd) Contract Year would be from January 1st through December 31st of the year immediately following the initial Contract Year. The final Contract Year will be January 1st of the last year during which the Delivery Period occurs, through the last day of the Delivery Period.

Related to Contract Capacity & Ancillary Services Tests

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements.   • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
