Contract Administration Fee definition

Contract Administration Fee means the percentage of Sales Vendor agrees to remit to NPP that are realized or generated as a consequence of this Agreement or any other arrangement between Vendor and a Participating Agency.
Contract Administration Fee means a charge that is assessed by the Subdistrict to an applicant for a contract to permit a non-Subdistrict well to be included in the Subdistrict’s Plan of Water Management that is in addition to the Administrative Fee for the Subdistrict.
Contract Administration Fee means the percentage as stated in Schedule 1 of turnover calculated on a monthly basis. (AS APPLICABLE)

Examples of Contract Administration Fee in a sentence

  • Successful Proposers servicing the awarded contract to Participating Agencies shall pay a Contract Administration Fee representing 2% percent of actual net sales under the Master Price Agreement as established in the NPPGov Vendor Administration Agreement (available upon request).
