Consultancy Period definition

Consultancy Period and "Consultancy Position" shall have the respective meanings assigned to those terms in Section 2(d) hereof.

Consultancy Period means the period set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5, subject to extension in accordance with Clause 3 or such other period as ends on the date of termination of this Contract;

• In the event that the Company elects to have the Executive provide consulting services as contemplated in Section 2(d), then the payments and benefits contemplated under Sections 2(b) and 2(d) shall be subject, at the Company’s election, to the Executive’s execution and non-revocation of a Release at the time his Consultancy Period commences and the Executive’s renewal of such Release, and non-revocation of such renewal, at the time of his subsequent termination.
