Construction Advance Request means a written request from the Contracting Party to the Board specifying the requested Construction Advance amount and the disbursement date and making certifications to the Board, all as more specifically set forth in the Construction Advance Request form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “E.”

Related to Construction Advance Request

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
