Examples of Property Protection Advance in a sentence
The cost of any such insurance maintained by the Servicer shall be advanced by the Servicer, as a Property Protection Advance unless it would be a Nonrecoverable Advance.
The cost of the annual inspections referred to in the first sentence of this paragraph shall be an expense of the Servicer; the cost of all additional inspections referred to in this paragraph shall be a Trust Fund Expense and if paid by the Servicer shall constitute a Property Protection Advance or an Administrative Advance.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, neither the Servicer nor the Special Servicer shall be required to maintain or cause to be maintained any insurance if such insurance would require a Property Protection Advance that would be a Nonrecoverable Advance (provided, that nothing shall prohibit the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, from maintaining such insurance if the costs of doing so are paid as an expense of the Trust).
The cost of all additional inspections performed by the Servicer and all inspections, including any annual inspection, performed by the Special Servicer, shall be paid by the Servicer as a Property Protection Advance or an Administrative Advance unless it would constitute a Nonrecoverable Advance (and, in such case, as an expense of the Trust).
The cost of obtaining any such Appraisal (or updated Appraisal) shall be paid by the Servicer as a Property Protection Advance or an Administrative Advance unless it would constitute a Nonrecoverable Advance and, in such case, as an expense of the Trust.
