Confirmation Exhibits means, collectively, the documents listed on the “Table of Exhibits” included herein, which documents will be Filed no later than five days before the Confirmation Hearing, to the extent not filed earlier. All Confirmation Exhibits will be made available on the Document Websites once they are Filed. The Debtors reserve the right, in accordance with the terms hereof, to modify, amend, supplement, restate or withdraw any of the Confirmation Exhibits after they are Filed and shall promptly make such changes available on the Document Websites.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
