Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time, (a) the largest of the following (i) the sum of the five (5) largest Group D Obligor Receivables balances (up to the Concentration Percentage for each such Obligor), (ii) the sum of the three (3) largest Group C Obligor Receivables balances (up to the Concentration Percentage for each such Obligor), (iii) the sum of the two (2) largest Group B Obligor Receivables balances (up to the Concentration Percentage for such Obligor), and (iv) the largest Group A Obligor Receivables balance (up to the Concentration Percentage for such Obligor), divided by (b) the sum of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivables Pool.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time, the largest of: (a) the sum of five largest Group D Obligor Percentages, (b) the sum of the three largest Group C Obligor Percentages, (c) the sum of two largest Group B Obligor Percentages and (d) the largest Group A Obligor Percentage.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors at such time, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors at such time, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors at such time, (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors at such time and (e) 10.00%.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors; provided, that, for purposes of determining the Concentration Reserve Percentage, with respect to any Eligible Receivable that is supported by an Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit or is an Insured Receivable, the “Obligor” thereof (including for purposes of determining such Obligor’s Obligor Percentage and status as a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor, Group C Obligor or Group D Obligor) shall be deemed to be the related Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit Provider or Eligible Credit Insurance Provider, as applicable; provided, further, that (x) if any Pool Receivable is partially supported by an Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit, then the “Obligor” thereof shall be deemed to be (i) with respect to the Unsupported Outstanding Balance of such Pool Receivable, the Obligor of such Pool Receivable and (ii) with respect to the Supported Outstanding Balance of such Pool Receivable, the related Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit Provider and (y) with respect to any Insured Receivable, the “Obligor” thereof shall be deemed to be (i) with respect to the Insured Amount of the Outstanding Balance of any Insured Receivable, the related Eligible Credit Insurance Provider and (ii) with respect to the remaining Outstanding Balance, if any, the Obligor of such Insured Receivable.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time, the largest of the following: (i) the sum of four largest Group D Obligor Percentages (up to the Concentration Percentage for each Obligor), (ii) the sum of the two largest Group C Obligor Percentages (up to the Concentration Percentage for each Obligor), (iii) the largest Group B Obligor Percentage (up to the Concentration Percentage for each Obligor) or Group A Obligor Percentage (up to the Concentration Percentage for each Obligor), and (iv) the lesser of 16% and the largest Special Obligor Percentage.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, on any date, the quotient of (i) the greatest of (a) the largest aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Receivables of any single Group A Obligor or Group B Obligor, (b) the sum of the largest aggregate Outstanding Balances of the Receivables of any two Group C Obligors or (c) the sum of the largest aggregate Outstanding Balances of the Receivables of any four Group D Obligors, divided by (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, on such date. For the purposes of this definition the Outstanding Balance of an Obligor shall exclude the Excess Concentration Amounts for such Obligor.

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of:

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time, the largest of: (a) the sum of the four (4) largest Group D Obligor Percentages, (b) the sum of the two (2) largest Group C Obligor Percentages, (c) the largest Group B Obligor Percentage and (d) the largest Group A Obligor Percentage; provided, that the amount set forth in this clause (d) shall be disregarded for purposes of determining the “Concentration Reserve Percentage” until such date, if any, that the Administrative Agent (in its sole discretion) shall designate in writing to the Master Servicer (which date shall not be less than 10 days from the date such notice is delivered).

Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors; provided that for purposes of determining the “Concentration Reserve Percentage” any Obligor that is a Special Obligor that satisfies the definition of “Group AA Obligor”, “Group A Obligor”, “Group B Obligor”, “Group C Obligor” or “Group D Obligor” shall be deemed to be a Group AA Obligor, Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor, Group C Obligor or Group D Obligor, as applicable.
