Eligible Receivables. Each Receivable included as an Eligible Receivable in the calculation of the Net Receivables Pool Balance as of any date is an Eligible Receivable as of such date.
Eligible Receivables. Each Receivable included in the Net Receivables Balance as an Eligible Receivable on the date of its purchase under the Receivables Sale Agreement was an Eligible Receivable on such purchase date.
Eligible Receivables. Each Receivable included in the Net Pool Balance as an Eligible Receivable on the date of any Monthly Report was an Eligible Receivable on such date.

Each Receivable that is identified by Company as an Eligible Receivable in a Borrowing Base Certificate satisfies all of the criteria set forth in the definition of Eligibility Criteria (other than any Receivable identified as an Eligible Receivable in any Original Borrowing Base Certificate to the extent a Replacement Borrowing Base Certificate has been delivered in substitute thereof in accordance with Section 2.1(c)(ii)).
Eligible Receivables. On the Additional Cut-Off Date each Receivable conveyed to the Trust as of such date is an Eligible Receivable or, if such Receivable is not an Eligible Receivable, such Receivable is conveyed to the Trust in accordance with Section 2.09 of the Agreement.
Eligible Receivables. On the Additional Cut-off Date each Receivable conveyed to the Buyer as of such date is an Eligible Receivable or, if such Receivable is not an Eligible Receivable, such Receivable is conveyed to the Buyer in accordance with Section 2.8 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
