Receivables Balance definition

Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Receivables sold by the Seller hereunder.
Receivables Balance means the total net outstanding balance of all Purchased Receivables previously purchased by SunTrust from a Company as of any applicable Purchase Date.
Receivables Balance means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Receivable, the unpaid principal balance of such Receivable as of such date.
