Eligible Receivable. Solely in the case of the initial Servicer, all Receivables in the Trust Estate are Eligible Receivables as of the Cut-Off Date.
Eligible Receivable. Each Receivable acquired by the Company that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount is an Eligible Receivable and, in the case of Receivables acquired by the Company after the Initial Borrowing Date, on the related Receivables Contribution Date, each such Receivable that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount on such Receivables Contribution Date is an Eligible Receivable.
Eligible Receivable. All Receivables sold to the Purchaser hereunder are Eligible Receivables on the related Purchase Date.
Eligible Receivable. On the date hereof, each Contributed Receivable that is included in the Daily Reports dated as of the date hereof is an Eligible Receivable on the date hereof and, in the case of Contributed Receivables contributed to the Company on a Contribution Date after the date hereof, each such Contributed Receivable contributed to the Company on such Contribution Date is an Eligible Receivable on such Contribution Date.
Eligible Receivable. On the Effective Date, each Receivable that is represented to be an Eligible Receivable sold to the Company on such date is an Eligible Receivable on the Effective Date and, in the case of Receivables sold to the Company after the Effective Date, each such Receivable that is represented to be an Eligible Receivable sold to the Company on such later date is an Eligible Receivable on such later date.
Eligible Receivable. Any event or circumstance that could reasonably be expected to cause a Receivable owned by the Issuer to fail to satisfy clause (e) of the definition of “Eligible Receivable”; and
Eligible Receivable. On the Effective Date, each Receivable ------------------- that is represented to be an Eligible Receivable on such date on the Originator Daily Reports is an Eligible Receivable on the Effective Date and, in the case of Receivables sold, transferred, assigned and conveyed to the Purchaser after the Effective Date, each such Receivable that is represented to be an Eligible Receivable sold, transferred, assigned and conveyed to the Purchaser on such Sale Date is an Eligible Receivable on such Sale Date.
Eligible Receivable. Each Receivable included as an Eligible Receivable in the calculation of the Net Receivables Balance, is an Eligible Receivable at the time so included.
Eligible Receivable. Each Receivable in which a ------------------- Participation and security interest is granted to the Trust that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount is an Eligible Receivable and, in the case of Receivables in which a security interest is granted to the Trust after the Effective Date, on the related Receivables Contribution Date, each such Receivable that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount on such related Receivables Contribution Date is an Eligible Receivable.
