Company Training Data definition

Company Training Data means all training data, validation data, test data, other data or information, or databases owned, purportedly owned, or controlled, by the Company Group and used in the development, or ongoing operation of, Company AI Property.
Company Training Data means all Data that has been made available by or to (or used by or for) the Company in connection with developing any Intellectual Property or Company Products, including developing, training or improving algorithms.

Related to Company Training Data

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:

  • Transition training means written and verbal instructions

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. These interventions break down complex objectives for role performance into simpler components, including basic cognitive skills such as attention, to facilitate learning and competency.

  • Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).

  • Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Training Site means www.sap.com/training-certification

  • Alcohol training and education seminar means a seminar that is:

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically

  • On-the-job training means training that is provided by an employer during the routine performance of a job.

  • Medical flexible spending arrangement means a benefit plan

  • Family planning services means services for clients of child bearing age (including minors who can be considered to be sexually active) who desire such services and that are intended to prevent pregnancy or otherwise limit family size.

  • Railroad train means a steam engine or an electric or other motor, with or without cars coupled thereto, operated by a railroad.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Mandatory training means training on identifying and reporting child abuse or dependent adult abuse required of physical therapists or physical therapist assistants who are mandatory reporters. The full requirements on mandatory reporting of child abuse and the training requirements are found in Iowa Code section 232.69. The full requirements on mandatory reporting of dependent adult abuse and the training requirements are found in Iowa Code section 235B.16.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Travel trailer means a vehicle:

  • Dependent care assistance program means a benefit plan

  • semi-trailer means any trailer designed to be coupled to a motor vehicle in such a way that part of it rests on the motor vehicle and that a substantial part of its mass and the mass of its load is borne by the motor vehicle;

  • Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Direct care worker means a paid caregiver who provides direct, hands-on personal care services to persons with disabilities or the elderly requiring long-term care.
