Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

More Definitions of Homecare Worker

Homecare Worker means a provider, as defined and described in OAR chapter 411, division 31, who is directly employed by a consumer or a consumer's authorized representative, to provide hourly services to the consumer.
