Company Subcontractor definition

Company Subcontractor means any contractor or person to whom Company has engaged as an independent contractor for the provision of goods and/or Services to Company, and includes and is not limited to: a trade contractor, consultant, supplier, vendor or a subcontractor, in each case of any tier, but shall not include Contractor.
Company Subcontractor means a third party that has entered into a Subcontracting Agreement with the Company.
Company Subcontractor means any party (other than a member of the Customer Group) who is a party to a contract with the Company for the provision of services to the Company;

  • An employee or agent of District, Company Subcontractor, or supplier suffering death, permanent total disability, complete and/or permanent loss of an eye, hand, foot, or major organ.

  • Evaluation of Subcontractor’s performance shall be made by the Company; Subcontractor shall ensure that its Staff adheres to Subcontractor’s applicable policies, including working hours and security procedures.

Related to Company Subcontractor

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Principal of a subcontractor means (i) any individual who is a member of the board of directors of, or has an ownership interest of five per cent or more in, a subcontractor, which is a business entity, except for an individual who is a member of the board of directors of a nonprofit organization, (ii) an individual who is employed by a subcontractor, which is a business entity, as president, treasurer or executive vice president, (iii) an individual who is the chief executive officer of a subcontractor, which is not a business entity, or if a subcontractor has no such officer, then the officer who duly possesses comparable powers and duties, (iv) an officer or an employee of any subcontractor who has managerial or discretionary responsibilities with respect to a subcontract with a state contractor, (v) the spouse or a dependent child who is eighteen years of age or older of an individual described in this subparagraph, or (vi) a political committee established or controlled by an individual described in this subparagraph or the business entity or nonprofit organization that is the subcontractor.
