Company Senior Notes definition

Company Senior Notes means the Company’s 5.875% Senior Notes, due 2022, issued pursuant to an indenture (as supplemented) dated as of July 10, 2014, with U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee.
Company Senior Notes means, collectively: (a) the remaining US$63.0 million principal amount of 3.79% senior unsecured notes of Company; and (b) the remaining US$59.6 million principal amount of 4.40% senior unsecured notes of Company.
Company Senior Notes means the senior notes due 2010, any Exchange Notes (as defined in the Company Purchase Agreement) and any PIK Notes (as defined in the Company Senior Notes Indenture), including any such notes issued in exchange or replacement therefor, issued pursuant to the Company Senior Notes Indenture.

Company Senior Notes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(f).
Company Senior Notes means the Company's 8.750% senior secured notes due 2023, issued pursuant to an indenture dated as of September 30, 2016, between the Company, the subsidiaries of the Company party thereto as guarantors, and Wells Fargo, National Association, as trustee and as collateral agent, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Company Senior Notes means approximately $3,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes to be issued by the Company.
