Existing Senior Notes Indenture definition

Existing Senior Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of October 9, 2015, as amended or supplemented, governing the Existing Senior Notes.
Existing Senior Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of November 19, 2012 among the Borrower, the guarantors named therein and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (as the same may be amended in compliance with this Agreement) and any supplemental indenture or additional indenture to be entered into with respect to the Existing Senior Notes to the extent permitted under Section 8.11.

The Issuer shall not, and shall not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, amend any of the Existing Senior Notes or any Existing Senior Notes Indenture, or any supplemental indenture in respect thereof, to create, incur or assume any Lien that secures any of the Existing Senior Notes other than to the extent permitted by the Senior Credit Facilities as in effect on the Issue Date.
