Existing Senior Notes Indenture definition

Existing Senior Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of March 16, 2011, by and between the Borrower, as issuer, and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented, renewed or extended or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 7.15.
Existing Senior Notes Indenture means any indenture governing any of the Existing Senior Notes.
