Junior Notes definition

Junior Notes means Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3 and Note B-4.
Junior Notes means the Junior A Notes and the Junior B Notes.

  • To the extent an Offset Funding and/or Additional Issuance Payment is to be designated in connection with an additional issuance of Excess Additional Junior Notes, the proceeds of any such issuance shall be first deposited into the Supplemental Reserve Account until such other designation or payment is made in accordance with this Indenture.

More Definitions of Junior Notes

Junior Notes means the 12% Subordinated Secured Compounding Notes due 2009 issued and outstanding under the Junior Indenture.
