Medium Term Notes definition

Medium Term Notes means Securities that are collateralized in an amount equal to their full Outstanding principal amount and have a Stated Maturity in excess of 270 days after the date of original issuance thereof.

Medium Term Notes means, collectively, the Medium Term Notes, Series 1, the Medium Term Notes, Series 2, the Medium Term Notes, Series 3, the Medium Term Notes, Series 4, the Medium Term Notes, Series 5, the Medium Term Notes, Series 6, the Medium Term Notes, Series 7, the Medium Term Notes, Series 8 and the Medium Term Notes, Series 9;

• The Base MTN Agreement provides that the Company shall not incur unsecured indebtedness having a priority senior to the Medium-Term Notes without the consent of the Controlling Noteholders.

• The Issuer is party to that certain Base Medium-Term Notes Issuance Agreement, dated as of August 23, 2024 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified through the date hereof, the “Base MTN Agreement”), pursuant to which the Issuer will from time-to time-issue one or more Series of Medium-Term Notes.

Medium Term Notes means the Medium-Term Notes due 9 months to 30 years from date of issue issued by Potlatch Forest pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of November 27, 1990, to U.S. Bank National Association, successor to Bankers Trust Company of California, National Association, as trustee, as amended, restated supplemented or modified from time to time.
