Exchange Notes definition

Exchange Notes means the Notes issued in the Exchange Offer pursuant to Section 2.06(f) hereof.
Exchange Notes means any notes issued in exchange for Notes pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement or similar agreement.

Exchange Notes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.
Exchange Notes means any securities of the Company containing terms identical to the Notes (except that such Exchange Notes shall be registered under the Securities Act) that are issued and exchanged for the Notes pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement and this Indenture.
Exchange Notes means (a) the 10.500% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2024 issued pursuant to this Indenture in connection with a Registered Exchange Offer pursuant to a Registration Rights Agreement and (b) Additional Notes, if any, issued pursuant to a registration statement filed with the SEC under the Securities Act.
