Existing Senior Notes definition

Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.
Existing Senior Notes means collectively (i) $900,000,000 61/8% Senior Notes due 2025 and (ii) the €700,000,000 33/4% aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2027 issued by Unitymedia pursuant to the relevant Senior Indenture.
Existing Senior Notes means the Company’s 3.750% Senior Notes due 2024, 4.750% Senior Notes due 2025, 3.625% Senior Notes due 2026, 4.375% Senior Notes due 2027 and 7.250% Senior Notes due 2029.

  • The Pari Passu Liens granted pursuant to this provision shall be (A) granted concurrently with the granting of any such Liens, and (B) granted pursuant to instruments, documents and agreements which are no less favorable to the Trustee and the Holders of the Notes than those granted to secure the Existing Senior Notes.

More Definitions of Existing Senior Notes

Existing Senior Notes means the Company Existing Senior Notes and the OBGC Existing Senior Notes.
Existing Senior Notes means the Issuers’ (i) 4.250% senior notes due 2026 issued under the Existing 2026 Notes Indenture and (ii) 4.625% senior notes due 2029 issued under the Existing 2029 Notes Indenture.
Existing Senior Notes shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.
Existing Senior Notes means the 4.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017 issued by Parent Borrower pursuant to that certain Indenture and that certain First Supplemental Indenture, each dated September 26, 2012, between Parent Borrower and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee.
Existing Senior Notes means (a) the unsecured Senior Notes due 2024 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of US$500,000,000 (the “2024 Senior Notes”) and (b) the unsecured Senior Notes due 2026 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of US$350,000,000 (the “2026 Senior Notes”).
Existing Senior Notes means those certain 4.875% senior notes due 2020 issued pursuant to the terms of the Existing Senior Notes Indenture.
Existing Senior Notes means the senior notes due 2022 and the senior notes due 2025, in each case issued by the Borrower on the Effective Date, in an initial aggregate principal amount of $1,200,000,000.
