Company Retiree Medical Plans means the Unified Grocers, Inc. Retiree Medical Plan and the Unified Grocer’s Inc. Officer Retiree Medical Plan.
Company Retiree Medical Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(e).
Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.
Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
Welfare Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.
Retiree means any person who has begun accruing a retirement
Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).
Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(f).
Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Health Plans means any and all individual and family health and hospitalization insurance and/or self-insurance plans, medical reimbursement plans, prescription drug plans, dental plans and other health and/or wellness plans.
Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
New Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).
Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
Qualified Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20.
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Continuing care retirement community means a residential
Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).
Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.
