Company Receipts Account definition

Company Receipts Account means the account (number [on file with Administrative Agent], ABA No. 000000000) in the name of Huntsman International, held with PNC Bank, National Association and any replacement account or accounts, or such other account as the Company may notify to the Administrative Agent from time to time upon 10 Business Day’s written notice (or such lesser period as the Administrative Agent may agree to).
Company Receipts Account means the account (number 021-6987, ABA No.: 043000261) held with The Bank of New York Mellon and any replacement account or accounts, or such other account as the Company may notify to the Administrative Agent from time to time upon 10 Business Day’s written notice (or such lesser period as the Administrative Agent may agree to).

Examples of Company Receipts Account in a sentence

  • On each Borrowing Date, each Lender Group shall remit an amount equal to its share of the Loans in accordance with Section 3.2(a) to be made on such Borrowing Date, as determined above, to the Company Receipts Account (or as otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent in writing) in immediately available funds.

  • Retention Account means an interest bearing Dollar account of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened jointly by the Borrowers with the Account Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Agent to be a Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.
