Company Insider definition

Company Insider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.
Company Insider means those officers and directors of the Company who are subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act and who are listed in the Company Section 16 Information.

More Definitions of Company Insider

Company Insider shall have the meaning defined in Section 4.37.
