Company Insider definition

Company Insider means a holder of Company Ordinary Shares who (i) is a director or executive officer of the Company or (ii) owns in the aggregate at least five percent (5%) of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.

Company Insider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.

Company Insider means those officers and directors of the Company who are subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act and who are listed in the Company Section 16 Information.

Company Insider shall have the meaning defined in Section 4.37.
