Examples of Company Ordinary Shares in a sentence
All Company Ordinary Shares or Company Preferred Shares that are owned by the Company or any wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (collectively, “Company Treasury Shares”) immediately prior to the Acquisition Merger Effective Time, if any, shall be deemed to have been transferred to TopCo and no consideration shall be delivered or deliverable in exchange therefor.
