Company Group Business definition

Company Group Business means the business conducted by the Company Group as of the date hereof.
Company Group Business means the business and operations currently conducted by the Company Group, which includes the business and operations related to sponsoring, offering and management of the Company Funds and any successor fund thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Group Business excludes (x) the Company Funds, in and of themselves, (y) any Subsidiary of the Company Funds, and (z) the Excluded Company Group Assets (other than the Persons set forth on Section 1.1(b) of the Company Disclosure Letter).
Company Group Business means and includes, with respect to any date, all businesses engaged in by any Member.

Examples of Company Group Business in a sentence

  • Third parties supporting the Company Group Business, such as Company contractors and subcontractors, shall be entitled to access and use Services, but only as necessary or appropriate for their delivery of services supporting the Company Group business.

  • Since January 1, 2020, neither the Company Group nor any of its Affiliates has received written notice from any Governmental Authority or other Person of any material alleged violation of, noncompliance with, or liability under any Environmental Law with respect to the Company Group Business or the Company Group Assets.


More Definitions of Company Group Business

Company Group Business means (a) any business activity involving or relating to (i) the manufacture and/or sale of drilling fluid systems or related products and services in the energy industry, or (ii) the manufacture, rental, and/or sale of composite mats, or (b) any other business activity in which the Company Group is engaged as of the Retirement Date (as defined below).
Company Group Business means the business and operations performed by each of the members of the Company Group or other products or services that are functionally equivalent.
