Company ESPPs definition

Company ESPPs has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1(e).
Company ESPPs means the 2013 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (Qualified ESPP), the 2013 Nonqualified Employee Stock Purchase Plan (Nonqualified ESPP), and the 2013 Incentive Compensation Nonqualified Employee Stock Purchase Plan, in each case, as amended from time to time.
Company ESPPs means, collectively, the Xxxxxxx Controls, Inc. Common Stock Purchase Plan for Executives and the Xxxxxxx Controls, Inc. Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Common Stock Purchase Plan.

Examples of Company ESPPs in a sentence

  • The Company ESPPs and all outstanding rights thereunder shall terminate at the Effective Time and the offering periods thereunder shall be deemed to end on the last NYSE trading day prior to such termination, and the rights of each participating employee then outstanding shall be deemed to be automatically exercised on such last NYSE trading day.

  • The Company shall, prior to the Effective Time, take all actions necessary to terminate the Company ESPPs effective as of the Effective Time and all outstanding rights thereunder at the Effective Time and ensure that no new offering periods thereunder commence during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Effective Time.
