Company SAR definition

Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Option Plan.
Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Company SAR means an outstanding stock appreciation right with respect to shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted by the Company pursuant to the Company Equity Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted and whether vested or unvested.
