Compact Records definition

Compact Records has the meaning provided in Section 3.7(a).
Compact Records means accounting books, records, documents and other evidence relating to the Compact adequate to show to MCC’s satisfaction the use of all MCC Funding in accordance with Section 3.7 of the Compact.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
