Common Interest Member definition

Common Interest Member means a Member who owns a Common Interest in the Company.
Common Interest Member means, initially, Yakima Holdings and thereafter any Member who owns a Common Interest in the Company.

  • Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.
