Committee of the Whole Meeting definition

Committee of the Whole Meeting means the days on which the entire Board membership meets in a Committee format to discuss and make recommendations to the CRD Board on broad regional topics such as policy issues, etc.
Committee of the Whole Meeting means: (i) a Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting; and
