Commercial moorage definition

Commercial moorage means a marine retail sales and service use in which a system of piers, buoys, or floats is used to provide moorage, primarily for commercial vessels except barges, for sale or rent, usually on a monthly or yearly basis. Minor vessel repair, haulout, dry boat storage, tugboat dispatch offices, and other ser- vices are also often provided.
