Registrar may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving PIR thirty (30) days’ notice of termination.

Other than Premium Domain Names, PIR will charge a standard fee per annual increment of a renewal of a Registered Name (the “Standard Renewal Fee”) in the PIR TLDs. The Standard Renewal Fee shall be paid in full by Registrar sponsoring the domain name at the time of renewal.

All taxes, duties, fees and other governmental charges of any kind (including sales, turnover, services, use and value-added taxes, but excluding taxes based on the net income of PIR) which are imposed by or under the authority of any government or any political subdivision thereof on the fees for any services, software and/or hardware shall be borne by Registrar and shall not be considered a part of, a deduction from or an offset against such Fees.
