Small Commercial Customer means a Retail Electric Customer taking service under DP&L’s tariff, currently on file with the Commission, Service Classification “Small General Service-Non Demand Rate” or the Cooperative’s tariff, currently on file with the Commission, Service Classification “General Service.” However, for the purposes of these Rules, any Small Commercial Customer who has joined with an affiliated non-Small Commercial Customer or a non-Residential Customer for the purpose of contracting for Electric Supply Service shall be exempt from the definition of a Small Commercial Customer.
Commercial customer means a customer other than a domestic customer and an indigent customer, including, but not limited to, a business or an industrial, governmental or an institutional customer;

Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.
Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.
Commercial Launch means, with respect to a Product, the first commercial sale of such Product to a Third Party occurring after Regulatory Approval for such Product.
Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.
Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.
Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;
Commercial enterprise means a corporation, partner- ship, limited liability company, business operated by an individ- ual, association, state agency, political subdivision, or other gov- ernment or business entity, including a scrap dealer.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Commercial Activities means activities, the end result of which is the production of a good or supply of a service, which will be sold in the relevant market in quantities and at prices determined by the enterprise, and are undertaken with an orientation towards profit-making1.
Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.
Commercial User means a person who deals in children's products or who holds himself or herself out as having knowledge or skill relating to children's products, or a person who is in the business of remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, leasing, subletting, or otherwise placing in the stream of commerce children's products.
Techno-Commercial Bid means proposal submitted by the Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.15.1;
Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Institutional Clients means U.S. registered investment companies or major U.S. commercial banks, insurance companies, pension funds or substantially similar institutions which, as a part of their ordinary business operations, purchase or sell securities and make use of global custody services. The Custodian shall provide to the Board information with respect to material changes in the custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs a Foreign Sub-Custodian. The Custodian shall provide, without limitation, information relating to Foreign Securities Systems and other information described in Schedule C. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, provided that no such revision shall result in the Board being provided with substantively less information than had previously been provided hereunder and provided further that the Custodian shall in any event provide to the Board at least annually the following information and opinions with respect to the Board approved countries listed on Schedule A:
commercial air transport means an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo, or mail for remuneration or hire.
Commercial Bank means a bank, defined as a scheduled bank under section 2(e) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
