Institutional User definition

Institutional User means any establishment listed in the SICM involved in a social, charitable, religious, or educational function that based on a determination by the Township, discharges primarily segregated domestic wastes or wastewaters from sanitary conveniences.

Institutional User means those establishments engaged in activities of a non- economic nature, frequently being the performance of services classified as a governmental or commercial user in this chapter.

• Thereafter, additional water consumed shall be charged at the rate of $7 per 1,000 gallons.▪ Institutional User – The minimum monthly water service per institutional unit or equivalent shall be $68.50 per month for the 6,000 gallons and shall be based upon the actual water consumed.
