Active Operations definition

Active Operations means, after the Lodging Date, all Active Mining Operations and all business, commercial or industrial activities of any kind other than Exploration Operations.
Active Operations means pipelines and related assets set forth on Schedule 1.1 (which Schedule constitutes a map identifying where such pipelines ands assets are located).
Active Operations means activities capable of generating fugitive dust, including, but not limited to, bulk material handling, earth-moving activities, construction or demolition activities, or vehicular movement on unpaved surfaces associated with construction/demolition activities.

More Definitions of Active Operations

Active Operations means any human activity that is capable of generating, or generates visible fugitive dust, including bulk material storage, handling and processing; earth moving; construction/renovation/demolition activities; and the movement of motorized vehicles on any unpaved roadways and parking areas.
