Collateral Issuer definition

Collateral Issuer means the issuer of the Securities Collateral.
Collateral Issuer means the issuer, guarantor, debtor, borrower, counterparty or other obligor in respect of any of the Collateral on the date of the occurrence of the relevant Collateral Credit Event and any Successor or any other entity specified as a Collateral Issuer in the relevant Final Terms;

Following any exercise of the Noteholder Collateral Replacement Option in accordance with Additional Provision 2, the Collateral for the Notes will be all Replacement Collateral held by the Custodian on behalf of the Company and Collateral Issuer will refer to each obligor with respect to the relevant Collateral. The governing law of the Collateral is English law.
