Relevant Collateral means Collateral which is the subject of a Security Interest granted under this Agreement. Relevant Rollingstock Configuration for a Train Service Type means a Rollingstock Configuration utilised in the operation of Train Services for that Train Service Type which has a maximum Payload which exceeds the Maximum Payload for that Train Service Type.
