Collateral Custodian Fees definition

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees due to the Collateral Custodian pursuant to the Collateral Agent and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the Backup Servicer, Account Bank, Collateral Custodian and Collateral Administrator Fee Letter that are payable to the Collateral Custodian, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Collateral Custodian Fees in a sentence

• As compensation for the Collateral Custodian’s activities hereunder and the Bank’s activities hereunder and under the Control Agreement, the Collateral Custodian and the Bank shall be entitled to the Collateral Custodian Fees and the Collateral Custodian Expenses from the Borrower as set forth in the U.S. Bank Fee Letter.

• The Collateral Custodian’s entitlement to receive the Collateral Custodian Fees shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 13.05, (ii) its resignation as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 13.07 of this Agreement or (iii) the termination of this Agreement.

• The Collateral Custodian’s and the Banks’sBank’s entitlement to receive the Collateral Custodian Fees shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 12.05, (ii) the Collateral Custodian’s resignation as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 12.07 or (iii) the termination of this Agreement.

• The Collateral Custodian will not make any changes to the Collateral Custodian Fees without the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

• As compensation for its Collateral Custodian activities hereunder, the Collateral Custodian shall be entitled to the Collateral Custodian Fees from the Borrower as set forth in the Backup Servicer, Account Bank, Collateral Custodian and Collateral Administrator Fee Letter, payable pursuant to the extent of funds available therefor pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.04.

More Definitions of Collateral Custodian Fees

Collateral Custodian Fees means the custodial fees set forth in the Trustee and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth on Schedule XI, between the Collateral Custodian and the Borrower, that are payable to the Collateral Custodian hereunder.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the WFBNA Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees due to the Collateral Custodian pursuant to the Wells Fargo Fee Letter. "Collateral Custodian Termination Notice" has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 11.05.

Collateral Custodian Fees. The fees, expenses and indemnities set forth in the Collateral Custodian Fee Letter and as provided for in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.

Collateral Custodian Fees means any fees payable to Collateral Custodian in accordance with the Collateral Custodian Agreement. “Collateral Loan Checklist” has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Custodian Agreement.
