Collateral Assignment Documents definition

Collateral Assignment Documents means the Collateral Assignment and Pledge Agreement, the Note Allonges, the Collateral Assignments of Mortgages, and the Collateral Assignments of Assignments of Leases and Rents, as the same may be amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time.
Collateral Assignment Documents means the collateral assignments of notes and liens executed by the Loan Parties executed in favor of the Collateral Agent, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Collateral Assignment Documents means, with respect to the Collateral Loan Documents for any Collateral, the documents, deliveries, certificates and other items as Lender shall reasonably require to effectuate and perfect the collateral assignment to Lender of the Collateral and all rights of Borrower under the Collateral Loan Documents, including, without limitation, each of the following documents collectively, as applicable, all in such form as Lender shall require:

  • The filing or recording in Florida of Collateral Assignment Documents assigning the Taxpayer's interests in Florida Collateral Obligations in favorof the Lender, absent a specific exemption, would be subject to Florida documentary stamp tax.

More Definitions of Collateral Assignment Documents

Collateral Assignment Documents the collateral assignments of POBI Bonds executed by the applicable Loan Party in favor of the Administrative Agent in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Collateral Assignment Documents means, with respect to each Assigned Loan, a Collateral Assignment, together with a mortgage loan inventory listing the Mortgage Loan Documents applicable to such Eligible Mortgage Loan, an allonge to the related Mortgage Note and an assignment of recorded loan documents, in each case, in substantially the forms attached as Annexes A, B, and C to a Collateral Assignment.
