Collateral Loan Documents. Borrower shall not amend, modify, replace or extend any of the Collateral Loan Documents or any of the obligations of the Collateral Borrowers thereunder nor shall Borrower release, enforce or file suit with respect to any obligation on the part of the Collateral Borrower without the prior written consent of Bank, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Collateral Loan Documents. All of the Collateral Loan Documents to the best knowledge of Borrower (i) have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the parties thereto, (ii) have been made in compliance with all requirements of applicable laws and regulations, and (iii) are valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their terms, without offset or defense of any kind against Borrower.

Collateral Loan Documents. (a) Evidence satisfactory to Agent that all Collateral Loan Documents not previously owned by Borrower (excluding, however, those related to the Excluded Pledged Notes) have been assigned to Borrower and that assignments have been recorded with the applicable land records evidencing each such assignment;
Collateral Loan Documents. (a) Within fifteen (15) days after Borrower’s receipt of same, the originals of all Assignments which have been recorded with the appropriate records of land evidence pursuant to Section 8.1.20 below;

The term "Collateral Loan Documents" means (i) the original Note with endorsements in blank executed by Borrower; (ii) a certified true copy of the Mortgage filed for recording; (iii) assignments in blank for the Mortgage executed by Borrower; (iv) all recorded intervening assignments of the Mortgage, or certified true copies thereof, filed for recording, if any; (v) an original Title Policy or preliminary title report; and (vi) a copy of the HUD-1 or HUD-1A settlement statement certified by the related Closing Agent to be a true and correct copy of the original thereof.
