Domestic Collateral Agent definition

Domestic Collateral Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as collateral agent for the Lenders under any of the Domestic Collateral Documents, or any successor collateral agent.
Domestic Collateral Agent as defined in the Recitals hereto and shall include any successor thereto, which has been approved by the Administrative Agent.
Domestic Collateral Agent means Wells Fargo Bank Texas, N.A. and its successors and assigns, as appoxxxxx under the Collateral Agency Agreement.

More Definitions of Domestic Collateral Agent

Domestic Collateral Agent means such successor agent effective upon such appointment and approval, and the former agent’s rights, powers and duties of the Domestic Collateral Agent shall be terminated, without any other or further act or deed on the part of the former agent or any of the parties to this Agreement or any holders of the Loans. After any retiring Agent’s resignation or removal as Agent, the provisions of this Section 10 shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it while it was Agent under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. Additionally, after such retiring Agent’s resignation as such Agent, the provisions of this subsection shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it while it was such Agent under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
