Co-Development Activities definition

Co-Development Activities means the Dyax Co-Development Activities and/or the CAT Co-Development Activities.
Co-Development Activities means (a) with respect to a First Licensed Product, all Development activities in the Territory (i) following completion of the CD71 Phase II Development Plan and (ii) prior to completion of the CD71 Phase II Development Plan if performed in support of the First Clinical Development Plan, and (b) with respect to a
Co-Development Activities means the Development and other activities with respect to the Licensed Product #1 in the Field as specified in or reasonably contemplated by the Development Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, Co-Development Activities exclude the activities set out in the CMC Development Plan.

Examples of Co-Development Activities in a sentence

  • Each Party shall keep complete and accurate records for all of its Shared Development Costs, including the details of the FTEs allocated to the performance of its Co-Development Activities based on the actual hours of work spent on such performance.

  • Each Party shall keep the other Party reasonably informed as to its progress, results (including the development of any technology or invention), status and plans with respect to the Co-Development Activities performed by or on behalf of such Party through the provision of periodic, informal oral reports to the other Party’s Project Manager.

  • Each Party shall provide the other Party with reasonable quantities of materials as necessary for the performance of the Co-Development Activities in accordance with the Co-Development Plan.

  • Within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter, each Party shall furnish to the Steering Committee a report detailing the reporting Party’s Co-Development Activities, Co-Development Costs and Net Sales for such calendar quarter.

  • Each Party agrees that it will use such materials or derivatives thereof of the other Party only for the purposes of the Co-Development Activities, and will not transfer such materials or derivatives thereof to any Third Party without the written consent of the other Party hereunder.

  • The Parties shall jointly own any and all Inventions conceived or reduced to practice jointly by or on behalf of both Parties during or as a result of the Co-Development Activities (“Joint Inventions”).

  • From a post-Kantian, ecological perspective, what entitles non- persons to be respected as ends in themselves is not autonomy but the fact that their existence unfolds according to logics that are not reducible to human purposes.

  • Dyax shall solely own any and all Inventions conceived or reduced to practice solely by or on behalf of Dyax during or as a result of the Co-Development Activities (“Dyax Inventions”).

  • It should also be noted that the Share Offer Price approximates the 90-day Average Closing Price, and that the Shares had been traded below the Share Offer Price in 159 days out of a total of 249 trading days during the Review Period.


More Definitions of Co-Development Activities

Co-Development Activities means (a) with respect to a First Licensed Product, all Development activities in the Territory (i) following completion of the CD71 Phase II Development Plan and (ii) prior to completion of the CD71 Phase II Development Plan if performed in support of the First Clinical Development Plan, and (b) with respect to a DB1/ 86201718.40 Subsequent Licensed Product, all Development activities in the Territory (i) following completion of the first Phase II for such Subsequent Licensed Product and (ii) prior to completion of the first Phase II for such Subsequent Licensed Product if performed in support of the Subsequent Clinical Development Plan.
Co-Development Activities means the Development and other activities with respect to the Licensed Product #1 in the Field as specified in or reasonably contemplated
Co-Development Activities means Targacept Development Activities or AstraZeneca Development Activities, as the case may be.

Related to Co-Development Activities

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;
