Clearing Agency Agreement definition

Clearing Agency Agreement means the letter of representations dated on or prior to the Closing Date, among the Issuer, the Trustee and the initial Clearing Agency relating to the Book-Entry Notes, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.
